Overview

Capacity range: 30kVA to 2500kVA. Common models include S22‑M‑200kVA, S22‑630kVA, etc., supporting 10kV/0.4kV voltage conversion.

Energy efficiency level: The entire series meets the Level 1 energy efficiency standard of GB20052‑2020, with no-load loss reduced by more than 30% compared with the S20 series.

Structural features: Adopts all-copper windings and either wound core or laminated core design. Operating noise is lower than 45dB, 5‑10dB lower than laminated core oil‑immersed transformers, making it suitable for residential areas and industrial sites.

Structural design: The transformer features a fully sealed structure with a folded tank cover, isolating transformer oil from air to effectively resist water and moisture, slow down oil aging, and extend service life. The wound core has a perfect circular cross‑section, offering strong short‑circuit withstand capability, high cushion block coverage, and reliable fastening.

Safety performance: Equipped with safety devices such as pressure relief valve, signal thermometer and gas relay to ensure timely response under abnormal conditions and secure operation. In addition, the tank, clamps and other components undergo special treatment for rust resistance and color fading prevention, adapting to various harsh environments.
